This site has no forms, no accounts, and no tracking. The only personal information we hold is what you send us by email.

What we collect

If you email us, we keep your name, email address, and message so we can reply. If you ask to receive the quarterly update, we keep your address on that list until you unsubscribe.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to you and, only if you opted in, to send the quarterly update. We do not sell or share your information with anyone else, and we do not use it for advertising.

Email consent

Quarterly updates are sent only to people who have asked for them. Every message includes an unsubscribe link. You can also withdraw consent at any time by emailing adam@impelix.health.

Analytics and cookies

This site does not set tracking cookies and does not run third-party analytics. If that changes, this notice will be updated first.

Access and correction

You may ask what personal information we hold about you and request correction or deletion by emailing the address above. We will respond within 30 days.
