Published
Our co-founder led a peer-reviewed systematic review of wearable bioimpedance for fluid monitoring in heart failure, published in 2025. It found a literature limited by small samples, little real-world longitudinal validation, and few direct comparisons against the outpatient standard of care. Those gaps define our study design.

Planned: first-in-patient feasibility study
IMP-FEAS-001 is a longitudinal study in 15–20 hospitalized heart failure patients at CISSS des Laurentides, Québec, with daily measurements from admission to discharge alongside standard clinical markers. Its purpose is to establish whether the measurement is stable and sensitive enough, within and between days, to be worth building a product on. It is not designed to show clinical benefit, and we will not describe it as if it were.
Principal investigator: Dr. Guillaume Gibeau, cardiology, CISSS des Laurentides. Enrollment is planned for winter 2026–27.

How we report
Each quarter we publish a one-page update listing milestones met and missed against the previous quarter's plan. The archive is on the updates page. We do not publish performance figures, lead-time claims, or outcome projections until we have data that support them.
